This policy explains how refunds, replacements, or credits are handled for Echelon purchases. We currently sell digital products and may offer physical products in the future.
Digital Products
Are digital product sales refundable?
No. All digital product sales are final once a product has been delivered, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you.
Why are digital sales final?
Because Echelon products are delivered electronically and become accessible shortly after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on change of mind or personal preference after delivery.
Limited Exceptions
Are there any exceptions?
Yes. We may review and approve a refund, replacement, or store credit in limited circumstances, including duplicate purchases, corrupted or unusable files, verified delivery or access problems, or incorrect charges caused by a technical checkout error.
How do I request review under an exception?
Please contact us at support@theechelonbrand.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order information and a short description of the issue.
What Is Not Eligible
- Change-of-mind purchases after successful delivery
- Orders placed without reviewing the product description
- Failure to use the product after purchase
- Personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction after delivery
- Issues caused by the customer’s own device, printer, software, or internet setup when the product was accurately described
Personal Use and Printing
Can I print what I purchase?
Yes. Your purchase includes a personal-use license, which allows you to download and print the materials for your own personal use.
Can I share or resell what I purchase?
No. Purchased files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or used commercially.
Optional Faith-Based Offerings
Do faith-based products follow a different refund rule?
No. Optional faith-based offerings are treated the same as all other Echelon digital products under this Refund Policy.
Future Physical Products
What happens when physical items are added?
If Echelon begins selling physical products in the future, this policy may be updated to include return windows, item-condition requirements, shipping rules, damaged-item procedures, and any non-returnable categories.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact support@theechelonbrand.com before initiating a chargeback so we have a chance to resolve the issue directly.
