Are Echelon products digital or physical?
Echelon is currently launching with digital products. Physical journals and paper goods are planned for a later phase and will be clearly identified when available.
Will I receive a physical item?
No. Current Echelon products are digital downloads unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Are the files printable?

Can I use the tools digitally and on paper?

How will I receive my purchase?

Can I print my files?
Yes. Once purchased, Echelon tools may be printed for your own personal use.

Are all Echelon products faith-based?
No. The core Echelon collection is not faith-based by default. Faith-centered content is available only in clearly labeled optional offerings.

Refunds and Support
Do you offer refunds?
Because Echelon products are digital downloads, sales are generally final once files have been delivered. Limited exceptions may apply for duplicate purchases, corrupted files, or verified delivery or access issues.
What if I purchased the same product twice by mistake?
